Have you been interested in beginning a yoga practice but don’t know where to start? Is your schedule all over the place that you can’t make it to group classes? Whether you are new to yoga, or you’ve been practicing for a while I can help you! I offer personal and small group (max of 3 people) yoga classes in Barcelona. It can be in a beautiful space outdoors or in your very own home.
We will start with a brief informal conversation with those booking a private class, so I can create a practice suitable to the person’s/ individual characteristics (mental, physical and emotional). We are all different and unique. Our physical body (such as age or injury) and our mental and emotional body (such as stress and anxiety) are different every day, therefore, our practice needs to be adapted.
If you are a beginner we will spent time on all the basic poses and breathing techniques. If you are an intermediate/advanced practitioner I can help you with that one pose you want to master, help you with creating a self/home practice. I have experience in many different yoga styles and ways of moving, so I’m sure we can have a lot of fun.

Every posture reflects something about our internal state. some days you may have trouble with the balancing postures and notice you are having trouble juggling all the different things in your life.
Another day you may discover you’re not as flexible as the day before, perhaps you’ve become a bit less fluid in your thinking or actions, resistant to stretching yourself a bit further.
Flexibility ● strength ● grounding ● balance ● centered ● clarity ● lightness ● wholeness ● peace
These are all directly applicable, translatable to our daily lives. Nothing is separate. The path of least effort is one of union, yoga.
Take the lessons of yoga and apply them to your life.
